Clubhouse
An array of services and facilities can be found in our stylish Clubhouse - an international restaurant and bar, a fully equipped sports gym and world class spa services to name but a few. The Clubhouse is located in the center of the Hermitage site and is elevated 40 meters high thus commanding stunning vistas of beautiful Kata Beach.

Covered Parking Lot
One car parking area will be provided per villa.

2 Glass Elevators
Residents can easily reach the Clubhouse from the parking lot by a high technology glass elevator. From the Clubhouse to the upper plots there will be another glass elevator serviced 24 hours daily. Both elevators have a 14 person load capacity.

Electric Golf Buggy
An electric golf buggy comes with the villa as a standard facility and is used for traveling around the development. Benefits of this are noise reduction, mobility and environmentally friendly.

Jogging track
will be set along side the internal road within the project.

Green Area
Approximately a quarter of the Hermitage site will be protected as a green area, featuring:

• A large 4 leveled natural waterfall, meticulously landscaped with tropical flora and fauna. The second level of the waterfall will have a fresh water swimming pool acting as a natural reservoir.
• Recreational trails are to be incorporated within this exclusive peaceful area.

24 hour security service in the gated private development ensures maximum safety for residents. Each villa boasts a high technology security system with features such as smoke detection, video surveillance and smart home technology.
